Our Lavender Sugar is made with granulated sugar, a small amount of ground lavender flowers and whole lavender flowers.
Lavender sugar is a wonderful coating for Lavender Madeleines or shortbread, delicious stirred into teas, sprinkled over fruit, whipped into cream, mixed into biscuits, cakes or muffins.
It gives a subtle floral lavender flavour which pairs well with chocolate and citrus recipes such as Chocolate Lavender Brownies or Lemon Lavender Cupcakes.
